We will work together to get clear on your organisation’s objectives in order to develop a bespoke proposal and costings for your consideration and approval.

Coaching can be delivered face-to-face over regular half or full days within the business or conducted remotely via Zoom at an employee level for greater geographical reach.

Whatever your budget and business needs, we will discover and agree the best way to meet them.

Discovery

Duration : 60 - 120 mins

Investment : £0

A Zoom or in-person meeting to explore your business objectives and expectations as to how coaching will complement core workstreams, as well as to answer any questions you may have.

Business Focus

Duration : Half Day (4 hours)

Investment : £400 (to include a maximum of 3 x 60min or 2 x 90min employee sessions)

Duration : Full Day (8 hours)

Investment : £750 (to include a maximum of 5 x 60min or 3 x 90min employee sessions)

A great option for a more flexible budget, positioning our coach as an extended member of your team.

This comprehensive offering includes nominated employee sessions, wider programme activity, reporting and collaborative strategic input, according to your level of investment.

Sessions held in-person within the business or via Zoom as required.

Investment is required in advance of coaching delivery, whilst payment plans can also be made available.
